BeforeBill is a reminder and record-keeping service. It does not cancel third-party subscriptions or guarantee that a provider will accept a cancellation.
Using BeforeBill
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for checking the renewal date, price, cancellation deadline, time zone, and provider policy you enter. Contact the subscription provider directly to cancel or change its service.
Reminder limitations
Phone operating systems control notification delivery. Notifications can be delayed or blocked by permissions, battery settings, device state, network conditions, time-zone changes, or platform restrictions. Keep provider receipts and cancellation confirmations, and do not rely on BeforeBill as your only record of a financial obligation.
Free and Pro plans
BeforeBill is currently preparing for beta testing. Paid subscriptions are unavailable, and the five-record limit remains disabled during this preparation period.
The free plan supports up to five active subscription records with the same tracking, reminder, sync, and export features. Pro removes that active-record limit. Prices, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and trial information are displayed before purchase. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled through its original billing channel.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Web purchases are managed through Stripe. iPhone and Android purchases are managed through Apple or Google. Cancel from the same billing channel before renewal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Refunds are governed by the billing provider and applicable law. Deleting the app or your BeforeBill account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of the subscription records you enter. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that information only as needed to provide and secure BeforeBill. Do not enter unlawful content or information you are not authorized to store.
Service changes
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may change plan limits or prices prospectively with notice required by the applicable store or law. We will not represent a payment as successful until the billing provider verifies it.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, BeforeBill is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Infinura LLC is not responsible for charges from third-party subscription providers, missed cancellation deadlines, provider policy decisions, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using BeforeBill and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access for abuse, fraud, legal requirements, security risk, or material breach of these terms.
